PRIVACY INFORMATION Bologna Incoming Personal Data Protection - Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Clause for clients and suppliers Personal data collected directly and/or through third parties by the controller BOLOGNA INCOMING SRL, are processed in printed, computing and telematic form for the performance of contractual and lawful obligations as well as for the effective handing of business relations and for advertising purposes regarding our commercial activities also for future use. The submittal of data is compulsory for the performance of contractual and lawful obligations. The eventual non-submittal of these data could prevent the execution of the above mentioned obligations. The non-submittal of data, where not compulsory, will be evaluated from time to time by the controller and the resulting decisions to be made will take into account the importance of the required data in respect of business relation management. Data may be disclosed, strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, and consequently processed, only in relation to the said purpose, by the other subjects:
Data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for lawful obligations and future business purposes. Data subjects may exercise the rights set forth in art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, including the rights to obtain: confirmation as to the existence of personal details and to find out the content and the source, to check their accuracy or request any additions, updates or amendments; to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymity or block the details processed by breach of law; as well as to object to their processing at any time, for legitimate reasons.
